Paradigm Education Management System

Paradigm Education Management System is a software application that supports the key operational areas of education providers. It includes a comprehensive set of standard features to cover all aspects of student administration.

We designed and built Paradigm specifically for Australian higher education and vocational education providers. It has been enhanced and extended over the past 10 years based on the experience gained through supporting our clients' business requirements and by facilitating their compliance with both vocational and higher education government regulations such as AVETMISS, FEE-HELP and TEQSA. Paradigm has evolved into a sophisticated software offering with features that address real business needs for internal information management and external stakeholder interactions.

Silverband provides a complete service offering in support of the Paradigm software package. This includes licencing, hosting and support services for Paradigm on a subscription basis, complemented by training and consulting delivered by our experienced staff. Application hosting of Paradigm is delivered from our own private cloud hosting infrastructure distributed across carrier-grade data centres in Melbourne and Sydney. Each client is allocated a secure virtual server with guaranteed resource allocations which operationally isolates their data and content from all other clients. Backups of this data and content are conducted at least nightly then encrypted and distributed to multiple secure locations for archival purposes. We contractually acknowledge that ownership of the data and content is retained by the client and we facilitate secure access to all of the client's operational and archival data to assist the client in complying with data retention and risk management regulations and requirements.
